Important Notice for John Deere 1800 & 2600 Greenstar Display Owners

Effective November 1st, 2022, John Deere will end sales of GS2 (1800 and 2600) display activations and upgrades. John Deere is making this change as they continue to release new technologies on Generation 4 displays that enable more precision and data offerings.

How will this change affect your operation?

• If you have any 1800 or 2600 displays that you would like to add an activation to such as Autotrac or Swath Control you will need to order before October 31, 2022.
• If you have any 1800 or 2600 displays with activations and you would like to move those to the GS3 2630 display you will need to order the GS2 to GS3 upgrade activation before October 31, 2022. (GS2 and GS3 activations cannot be moved to Gen 4 displays)

Your GS2 displays will continue to be functional in your operations until it becomes unusable for reasons such as hardware/software failure or incompatibility with other technologies.

John Deere continues to offer multiple options to continue your Precision Ag journey. Contact your Martin Deerline Ag Sales Representative if you require any of these activations prior to October 31 or would like to learn about the latest technologies available with the Gen 4 displays.
