Shift from park and into gear with a throw of a single lever. Power steering on M- and R- trim vehicles is smooth and responsive.
When the going gets tough, you can instantly engage four-wheel drive and rear differential lock with switches. Even at night, the backlit switches are easy to see. If a front wheel starts to slip, the front differential automatically locks to pull you through.
When you hop into the seat of a full-size Gator™ Utility Vehicle, you will notice there’s seating for you, plus two.

The full-size Gator™ XUV can haul 454 kg (1000 lb), so load it up with confidence. You can also make fewer trips with 1814 kg (4000 lb) of towing capacity and a standard 51-mm (2-in.) receiver hitch.

Cargo box converted to flatbed
The cargo box resists dents, scratches, and rust because it is made from a tough composite material. You will have no problem securing loads with integrated tie bars and 14 tie-down points. You can also convert the cargo box to a flatbed when you need to haul big and bulky loads.
The cargo box measures 1143 mm (45 in.) long, 1320 mm (52 in.) wide, and 305 mm (12 in.) deep.

The XUV835 and XUV825M S4 Gator™ Utility Vehicles are powered by an electronic fuel injection (EFI) gasoline engine with liquid-cooled, dual-overhead cams. This engine is designed to provide maximum power and fuel efficiency to muscle through tough jobs.
It also has plenty of torque in low range, and fast speeds in high range. The enclosed drivetrain automatically adjusts for fast acceleration, along with powerful hauling and hill-climbing capabilities.

The Gator™ XUV Series can be equipped with an optional divider for the deluxe cargo box. The dividers can be positioned at the front or rear of the cargo box bed. To change positions of the dividers, simply release the speedrail locks by hand and slide into new position, then close the locks to secure the dividers.
Cargo box side extension kit
The cargo box side extension kit expands the versatility of the Gator™ Utility Vehicles and is ideal for those who are enhancing their property and landscape. The extensions allow operators to haul twice the volume (not to exceed cargo box weight capacity) of light material such as grass clippings and mulch.
Product features include:
- Four-sided structure that increases cargo box side height to 533 mm (21 in.) and volume to 0.74 m3 (26 cu ft)
- Mounted on the sides and front with hardware, while the tailgate can be attached or removed without tools
- Tailgate pivots at the top (similar to a dump truck) for ease of dumping loose material

For proper machine operation, it is critical that accessory devices and tools be located and mounted where they are accessible but do not interfere with visibility and controls. The new RAM® mount kit has been specially developed to meet this need in John Deere tractors and now utility vehicles.
Simply remove the large wing nut from the assembly, insert the stud into any open hole in the occupant protective structure (OPS), and tighten down the jam nut.

The 45-gal. (170-L) Gator bed sprayer is designed to work with the Gator vehicles equipped with the steel bed or deluxe cargo box. It provides an excellent way to apply spray materials such as liquid fertilizer, weed killer, tree spray, and de-icer. It comes complete with a 43-in. boom that sprays a 120-in. swath. It's equipped with a 20-ft hose and a spray wand for spot spraying lawns, shrubs, trees, etc. The fully adjustable brass spray wand tip achieves streams up to 30 ft. It comes equipped with rubber feet and custom brackets, which secure to the Gator bed, for a no tools mount.

340.7-L (90-gal.) sprayer on XUV835
Overview
The 341-L (90-gal.) rate controlled sprayer for Gator™ utility vehicles is proof that the evolution of modern sprayers is correlated to progress in electronics and forward thinking. By utilizing pulse width modulation (PWM) technology, like the systems found on large-scale ag sprayers, this sprayer provides many of the same features and benefits to operators with XUV835 and XUV865 Full-Size Crossover Utility Vehicles.

Additional details
With this sprayer, operators effortlessly maintain their application rate without needing to hold a constant ground speed. For example, if the operator slows down to maneuver around an obstacle, the solenoid valves on the sprayer tips compensate by decreasing the rate of material being applied. If the operator stops the vehicle, the solenoid valves shut the tips off completely and the spray returns to the tank through a return valve. This precise measuring of the Gator utility vehicle’s speed is done through a controller area network (CAN) bridge (BUC10316), which provides instantaneous communication between the sprayer and the vehicle.
For simple operation, an 8.1-cm (3.2-in.) display mounts to the vehicle’s dash. This display allows operators to easily select a spray mode (boom or wand), adjust the speed range, tip size, and flow rate, and individually activate or deactivate tips for more application options. After setup, the minimum and maximum speed ranges are shown as a horizontal meter to help the operator avoid traveling too fast or too slow based on their set parameters.
Partnering with this technology is a proven 20-L/min (5.3-gpm) Shurflo® pump that provides up to 4.1 bar (60 psi). Material is applied as wide as 3.8 m (12.5 ft) with a durable, spring-loaded folding steel boom. Also included is a deluxe hand wand with a brass tip that provides both cone and stream spray patterns. Attached to the wand is 9.1 m (30 ft) of hose that is ideal for spot spraying weeds as far 10.7-m (35-ft) away and trees up to 9.1-m (30-ft) high.
